  1. A complimentary phone consultation to identify the critical business and bookkeeping/accounting  needs. 
  2. A proposal for a diagnostic review of the business' current books and monthly bookkeeping services with an estimated price range will be sent to the business owner, along with a request to be added as an accountant user in the client's QuickBooks Online software. 
  3. A diagnostic review will be performed to determine the volume of monthly work required which will be used as a basis for an engagement letter.
  4. An engagement letter with an exact monthly service fee for bookkeeping and any other services will be sent to the client for a signature.
  5. ACH/credit card authorization form will be sent to client.

Note: if client is new to QuickBooks Online, onboarding will include a client setup to QuickBooks Online.



Brooks Mobile Bookkeeping specializes in working with sole proprietors and single member LLC's in a variety of industries.


Yes, Brooks Mobile Bookkeeping offers primarily remote services to clients. Brooks Mobile Bookkeeping will also meet with clients at a mutally agreeable location.
